For several years, the Cleft and Craniofacial Center performs their own Patient Experience survey, which is emailed to any patients who were seen in the outpatient clinic. Key metrics are examined monthly with the leadership team bi-annually, and each surgeon and their practice receive an executive summary of their performance compared to the entire department.
